She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Hibbard and George Hibbard. She is survived by: her children, Marni Neumann Rice (Baylor) and Jeff Neumann; her grandsons, Adam Rice and Carson Rice; her siblings, Debbie Hibbard Accetturo, Scott Hibbard (Sally), Greg Hibbard (Deanna) and Kay Hibbard Conley; her friend Paulette Long; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
