She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Alford and Susie Harwood Alford; her daughter Susanne Leigh Branyan; and her sister Carolyn Alford. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Jolyn Davis (Bill) and Justice Branyan (Samorica Madden); her grandchildren, Celie Clark (Alex), Mason Davis and Alyssa Smoak; and her siblings, Violet Harris, Howard Alford (Twala) and Harold Alford (Pat). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will hold a celebration of Linda's life at a later date in June.
