He was predeceased by: his father Lester Eugene Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Martin Mullins; his wife Karen Nichols Mullins; his sons, Nathan, Aaron and Seth; and his siblings, Frances Garrison, Juanita Pendley, Melinda Spivey, Darrell Mullins and Jeff Mullins.
