She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Brown; her children, Frances Peek, Paul Brown and Charles Brown; and her siblings, Worth Pinson, Emmett Pinson, Topsy Pinson, Neta Peppers and Martha Pearson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Simmons of Madison and Linda Pittman of Stone Mountain; and her sister Sandra Willoughby of Athens. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
