He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ray Harper and James "Jamie" Harper. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Bagwell Harper; his sons, Cody Harper (Emily) of Dorville and Conner Harper; his stepchildren, Justin Simmons (Jessie) of Nicholson, Tiffani Simmons Mazzella (Matthew) of Madison and Brian Simmons (Cassidy) of Colorado; his children, Bradley Branan of California and Brittany Branan Allen (Anthony) of Covington; his grandchildren, Pee Paw, Jaryon, Scottlyn, Jovi, Sophia, Nora Rose and Evelyn; and his sisters, Janice Cronic of Social Circle, Shirley Sidwell of Clermont, Vivian Walker (Ralph) of Canton, Kathy Pusateri (Joseph) of New York and Patty Brooks (Randy) of Athens.
