She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Howard Hornsby and Eldridge Hornsby. She is survived by: her sons, Doon Gurr (Melinda) of Madison and Neal Gurr (Patricia) of Monroe; and her grandchildren, Ryan Barrett, Tanya, Kellen Wood, Jason, Patrik Williams, Stephannia Williams, Stephen Williams and Tiffany Warren.
