He was predeceased by: his father Allen Curtis Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Pam Malcom Whitney; his wife Eliu Hayes; his children, Franky, Elisa, Cheli and Omar; and his siblings, Scott Hayes, Marie, Wesley Hayes, Chelsea, Michelle Hobbs and Joseph. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous cousins.
