He is survived by: his wife Kittye; and his children, Donnell Wright (Tony), Sandy Sheppard (Robert), Rebecca Heck, Lt. Colonel John L. Craven (Jessica) and Daniel Slaughter (Breanna). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and to his brothers.
