He was predeceased by: his son James Barry Mines; his parents, Vince Mines and Susie Mines; and his sister Victoria Braddy. He is survived by: his wife Josie Ogletree Mines; his children, Kenny (Joy), Keith (Julie) and Karen; and his brothers, Nash Mines and Bobby Mines. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
