It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernestine Jackson of Madison, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ward and Hassieleen Hendrix Ward; her spouse Terrell Jackson; and her brothers, Joe Ward and Larry Ward.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Jackson Pennington and Mignonne Jackson Coppenger; her grandsons, Stephen Coppenger and Daniel Pennington; her great grandchildren, William D. Pennington, III and Matthew Pennington; her sister Faye Carter (Merrill); and her sisters-in-law, Ann Ward, Gail Ward and Peggy Hendrix.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Joy Sunday School Class at Madison Baptist Church.
