He was predeceased by: his parents, Erskin Patterson and Ruanie Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Patterson; his children, Rhonda Denis Patterson and Erby Lee Patterson, Jr. (Emily Patterson); and his grandchildren, Jacob E. Patterson, Alyssa Elle Patterson and Kara Shae Patterson.
