He was predeceased by: his parents, William Trinum Spencer and Beulah Meeks Spencer; and his wife Anne Harris Spencer. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Spencer of Madison and Jeff; his daughter-in-law Darlene Spencer of Eastanollee; his grandchildren, Jordan Spencer and Jared Spencer; and his brother James W. "Bill" Spencer of Toccoa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
