She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Bagley and Marie Jones Bagley; and her sister Sheila Bagley. She is survived by: her husband Bill Crew; her siblings, Beth Ballew (Darrell), Dennis Bagley (Patricia) and Buddy Bagley (Jeanie); her niece Valerie Zwicker; and her nephews, Adam Bagley, Andy Ballew and Derrick Bagley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Heart Association.
