He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Eva Clair Hawk; his wife Martha Hawk; his siblings, Donald Hawk and Linda Johnson; his grandson Conner Hawk; and his son Noel Hawk.
He is survived by: his son Neal Hawk (Heather); his grandchildren, Victoria Hawk, Zachary Hawk, Mitchell Hawk (Andy Kate) and Allison Carter (Mason); and his great grandchildren, Keigan, Preslee, Colton, Paisley and Warren.
