She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Howard and Alma Malcom Howard; her husband Clifton Casaday; and her brothers, Ray, Hoyt and Jimmy Howard.

She is survived by: her siblings, Charlotte Carson (Henry) and John Howard (Anne). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
