She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Holbert and Alice Young Holbert; her husband John C. Sidwell; and her siblings, William Holbert, Nellie Screws, Mazelle Phelps, Pat Brown and David Holbert.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Jordan, Robin Strozier (Al), Connie Hughes (Dale), Johnny Sidwell, Cyndi and Clint Sidwell. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the A. E. Carter Funeral Home Chapel (1670 Atlanta Hwy, Madison, GA 30650). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
