It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Stewart in Madison, Georgia, born in Sparta, Georgia, who passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Jackson and Audrey Jackson; and her siblings, Carl Jackson, Mary Adams and Dora Campbell.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Jayce Sanders; her sister Juanita Hill of Carnesville; her sister-in-law Christene Jackson of Eatonton; her nieces and nephews, Tracey Conway (Mark) of Madison and Wayne Stewart of Covington; her great-nephew Doug Stewart (Donna) of Stockbridge; and her grandchildren, Karissa Deavours, Shelby Yach (Daniel), Miranda Couey (Chris), Sarina Conway, Kenzie Bullard, Brendan Conway, Paul Stewart (Angela), Chrissy Willis (Ben), Zach Thompson, Daphne Sanders (Joshua), Desirea Penn (Seth), Kaycee Watkins (Cody) and Ben Stewart. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
