He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Garmon and Jenny Mae Garmon; and his siblings, Billy Garmon and Lois Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Bailey; his daughter Wendy Moreland (Robert) of Macon; his grandchild Winter Catherine Robinson (Dylan Haske) of Mableton, Georgia; and his sister Nellie Bickers of Andalusia, Alabama. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
