With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Jerome Cogswell of Macon, Georgia, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jerome Cogswell and Ruth Yancey Cogswell. He is survived by: his wife Jane Cogswell; his children, Christopher Cogswell of Miami, Florida and Laura Thomsen (Jeff) of Charlotte; his stepchildren, Pam Alexander (Peter) of Atlanta, Georgia and David "Joe" Thomas, Jr. (Betsy) of Franklin, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Cogswell (Xenia), Kelly Thomsen, Casey Thomsen, Sam Alexander, Laura Jane "Janie" Alexander, David "Trey" Thomas III, Tyler Thomas and Tucker Thomas; and his great grandchild Zoe Cogswell.
