He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderic Russ Dugger and Elsie Armistead Whitmire (June). He is survived by: his sister Margaret Aleene Dugger (Molly); his children, Rod Sr., April Penton (Dan) and Mike Dugger (Karon); his grandchildren, Misty Penton, Rebecca Linden Filer (Damien), Morgan Durham (Brian), Melissa Weaver (Eric), Wendy Cheney (John), Jenna Bell (Riley), Chris Dugger (Angela), Bobby Long (Jenna), Monique Johnson (Dan) and Linzee Buck (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Megan Furseth (Cameron), Rowan Penton-Filer (Steven Burton), Chance Penton Filer, Jace Caito, Molly Caito, Brooke Weaver, Nolan Weaver, Lily Weaver, Emily Grace Brooks, Micah Brooks, Carter Brooks, Randy Brooks, John Cheney IV, Susanna Cheney, Bill Cheney, Jemima Cheney, Rhesa Cheney, Chaya Cheney, Farren Rose Bell, Riley William Bell, Brantley Dugger, Jayce Dugger, Noah Dugger, Bo Long, JD Long, Wesley Long, Luke Long, Drew Johnson, Hailey-Jo Buck, Rylin Buck, Dawson Buck, Chloe Durham, Braxton Durham and William Durham; his great great grandchildren, Troy Penton Filer Burton and Jackson Sparrow Wolgast; his nieces, Earlene Boyington and Anne Storms; and his cousins, Jim Dugger (Marcia) and Jack Dugger.
