He was predeceased by: his mother Kim Marie Moore. He is survived by: his grandparents, Bradford Lee, Loretta Mock, Kim Rose (Rhonda) and David Rose Sr. (Barbara); and his aunts and uncles, Paige Sleister (AJ), Amanda Kory (Allen), David Rose Jr. (Lisa), Tara Frady (Jordan), Vickie Proctor, Brenda Crawford (Tony), Jamie Kopinski, Tori "Tootie" Cummings (Tommy), Carlene "Peppy" Howard and Wendy Hukeba. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
