We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2024, at the age of 79, Phydan Ramsey of Macon, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Julian Willis Johnston and Kathleen Avis Stevens Johnston. She is survived by : her children, Bern Ramsey (Jessica) of Atlanta, Georgia and Katie Godfrey (Christopher) of Atlanta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Barnes Ramsey, Millie Ramsey, Callaway Godfrey and Ramsey Godfrey; her sisters, Juleen Thomas (Paul) of Macon and Leisa Johnston of Macon; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly Malone (Stephen) of Atlanta, Kate Thomas of Savannah, Coby Jackson (Kim) of Atlanta and Allie Madonian (Calista) of Macon.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart's Mortuary (6324 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
