She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayhew Sawyer and Edna Sawyer; and her grandson Riley Keagan Gardiner. She is survived by: her husband Rob Gardiner; her children, Dana Montoya (Ric) of Ocean City, Maryland and Scott Gardiner of Front Royal, Virginia; her siblings, Barbara Mae Sawyer of Hayes, Kansas and Hugh Klesch-Sawyer of Kansas City, Missouri; and her niece Emily Renee Sawyer.

In honor of her grandson Riley, Pat would appreciate donations to be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
