She is survived by: her son Terry Smith Sr. (Barbara); her granddaughters, Shakira Purcell (Keith), Andrea Card, Terry Smith Jr. and Shadae Smith; and her great grandchild T'Keyah Card. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
