He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Carroll and Mary Elma Hancock Carroll; his wife Rachel Williams Carroll; his daughter Shelly Whitaker (Cody); and his granddaughter Coraline Whitaker.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Olivia Marie Fowler (Greg) of Beulaville, Clara Grace Christian of Macon and Hope Christian of Macon; his great grandchildren, Alec Ray and Daisy Grace Fowler; and his brothers-in-law, Joe E. Williams, Jr. (Becky) of Macon and Daniel E. Williams (Ginger) of Dillard, Georgia..
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hart's Mortuary (6324 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at the Macon Memorial Park Cemetery (3969 Mercer University Dr, Macon, GA 31204).
