She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Middleton and Jewel Middleton; her husband James Claxton Rowland; and her siblings, Robert Middleton, David Middleton, Margaret Calhoun and Ella Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Ferguson (Gerald Bond), Sandra Horton (Johnny) and Beverly Jackson (Jesse Burkhalter); her grandchildren, Johnny Owens (Maribel), Cody Horton (Katie), Austin Jackson (Andrea) and Brooke Burkhalter; her daughter Amy Ahlheit; her great grandchildren, Johnny Owens, Zoe Horton and Jack Horton; and her sisters, Betty Thomas, Helen Leach and Vera Cook. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
