It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Dell Allen of Macon, Georgia, born in Cordele, Georgia, who passed away on May 2, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father George Lamar; her husband Lewis D. Allen; her son William "Sandy" Allen; and her siblings, Bill Sanders, Annie Eugenia Sanders and Peggy S. Rooks.

She is survived by: her son Dow Allen (Donna) of Macon; and her granddaughters, Grace Greiner (Shawn) of Macon and Ruby Allen (Joseph Ronca) of Macon.
