He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McCallum and Olie McCallum; and his siblings, Virgil McCallum, Bobby McCallum, Martha Bennett, Dorothy Dobson and Helen Ryles.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Cone; his pet Ruth; his children, Kim McCallum Hill (Johnny) and Ken McCallum (Judy); his granddaughters, Kristi Hill Riley (Jeremy), Heather Shippers (Jason) and Misti Freiberg; and his great grandchildren, Lexi Freiberg, Dani Shippers, Jake Shippers, Lance Freiberg and Emmett Shippers.

While flowers are welcomed, donations to Pine Pointe Hospice will be appreciated as well.
