As we bid Kimberly farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Kimberly is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Elmer Cook and Jolene Nelson Cook. She is survived by: her husband Bill Mackey; her son Joshua McGehee (Jenny); her brother Thomas "Mike" Cook; and her grandchildren, Jolie and Juniper.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216).
In lieu of flowers, the family graciously asks that donations be made in Kimberly's honor to one of the following; No Kill Shelters or Macon Rescue Mission.
