She was predeceased by: her parent Tuttle Wright Barksdale Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth David Tyson; her children, Matthew Collier Tyson (Alexandria) and Brittany Tyson Brewer (Sance); her mother Mary Eleanor Curry Barksdale; her siblings, Tuttle Wright Barksdale Jr. (Brownie) and Mary Kaye Veal (Sandy); and her grandson Noah Shannon Tyson.
