He is survived by: his former wife Renee (Jeff); his children, Joseph, Jonathan (Nikki) and Violet (Damon); his grandchildren, Devin, Abbygail, Andrew, Makayla, Nevaeh, Joseph, Landon, Colton, Ethan, Layla, Joy and JoJo; and his extended family, Melissa (Micah), Hendrix, Liam, Archer, Keith and Jeffrey.
