He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kuipers; his children, Allison Helen Kuipers of Macon and John Hilton Kuipers of Macon; his siblings, Anna Montgomery of Columbus, Georgia and Dr. Gilbert Kuipers of Valley City; and his brother-in-law Dr. Michael Sharpe of Macon.
