He is survived by: his children, Gary Batson (Mariam), Chris Batson (Amy), Wesley Tidwell, Theresa Moore (Mario) and Laura Batson (Cody); his brother Lin Batson (Sandra); his sister-in-law Brenda Batson; his grandchildren, Richard Batson, Zane Batson, Laila Batson, Algernon Moore, Jaden Moore, Haven Batson, Karsyn Collins, Kelsey Batson, Tiffany Tidwell and Taylor Tidwell; his great grandchildren, Angel Moore, Landon Tidwell and Brianna Tidwell; and his nieces and nephews, Russell Batson, Kieth Batson, Sean Batson and Sommer Bostic.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home (4989 Mt Pleasant Church Rd, Macon, GA 31216). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
