He was predeceased by: his children, Randall Lynn Crumley and Rhonda Crumley. He is survived by: his wife Debra C. Crumley; his daughter Krisana Robin Collins (Randy); his sisters, Robin Saylor (Dennis) and Jasmine Clark; his stepson Jeff Stewart (Holly); his grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Collins, Chelsea McCabe (Chris), Cody Griffin, Victoria Farris (Justin) and Cameron Stewart (Savannah); and his great grandchild Charleigh McCabe.

The family will accept flowers, or donations may be made to the Masonic Children's Home of Georgia, 1417 Nottingham Drive, Macon, GA 31211.
