We bid farewell to Janis Collins Sutton of Macon, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 8, 2025 at the age of 84. Janis Collins touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alver Giles Collins and Gladys Benson Collins; her grandsons, Dustyn Archer and Michael Lamb; and her sister Delores Harper.
She is survived by: her husband Harold "Hal" Sutton of Macon; her children, Robin Duffey (Benny) of Macon, Sheila Wilford (Steve) of Macon, Chris Bridgeman (Andrea) of Zebulon, Tracy Archer of Macon and Richard Bridgeman (Michelle) of Macon; her grandchildren, Apryl Lamb of Forsyth, Raymond Nipper (Karen) of Gray, Kimberly Jade Lane (Caimen) of Williamson, Brianna Twilley (Josh) of Williamson, Kristyn Williams of Macon, Jacob Mikus (Savannah) of Freeport, Julia Bridgeman of Athens and Jonah Bridgeman of Macon; and her brother Roger Collins of Chauncey, Georgia.. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at 250 Eagle Dr, Macon, GA 31211.
