We bid farewell to Don Holland of Macon, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 19, 2024 at the age of 85. Don touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Holland and Pauline Mullins Holland; his daughters, Carolyn Gwenette Holland and Janet Pauline Holland; and his siblings, Jeanette Saucier, Eloise Turbie, Faye Harris, William Holland and Sarah Holland.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell of Collins; his children, Ann Garland, Stephanie Vale Bell of Richmond Hill, Jimmie Aundrea Bell of Collins and Kiki Davieta Bell of Collins; and his siblings, James Holland, Neil Potter of Warner Robbins, Patricia Lewis (Edward) of Claxton, Houston Holland of Cobbtown, Brenda Beecher of Reidsville, Annie Sue Rushing of Cobbtown, Juanita Holland Claxton (Amos), Robert Holland (Diane) of Harlem, George Holland (Dianne) of Cobbtown, Tommy Holland (Jan) of Cobbtown, Mary Currin (Gene) of Metter and Teresa Hightower (Larry). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Low Country Cremation and Burial (124 Jordan St, Reidsville, GA 30453). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
