He was predeceased by: his father Claude Lee "Bubba" Brown; and his siblings, Cornell Brown, John L. Brown and Janie Lee Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Lorine Brown of Oglethorpe, Georgia; his children, Gary Brown of Oglethorpe, Kevin Brown of Hanover, Torrence Brown of Oglethorpe, Marquavious Turner of Vienna and Kim Slaughter of Albany, Georgia; his siblings, Emmit Brown of Oglethorpe, Georgia, Dollie Brown-Phillips of Montezuma and Margaret Johnson (Ronnie) of Fort Valley, Georgia; and his aunt Annie Claude Tookes of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host nephews, nieces and friends.
