We bid farewell to Charles Barfield of Macon, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 24, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Carswell and Dorothy Juanita Barfield; his wife Patricia Ann Barfield; and his siblings, Harvey Barfield, Morris Barfield and Evelyn Wyatt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Avery (Johnny) of Macon and Tammy Braswell of Pinnacle; his grandchildren, Jonathan Avery (Casey) of Macon, Brandy White (Chris) of Macon and Cheyenne Braswell of King; his great grandchildren, Lake Avery, Rylan Avery, Tifton Willis, Baxley Willis, Brynson Willis, Mayleigh White and Charlie White; and his close friend Debra Mullis of Bolingbroke, Georgia..
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wheeler Heights Baptist Church (4318 Riggins Mill Rd, Macon, GA 31217). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (1301 Riverside Dr, Macon, GA 31201).
