We bid farewell to Carolyn Walker Self of Macon, Georgia, born in Charleston, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 29, 2024 at the age of 82. Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Walker; her husband James "Jimmy" McKinley Self; her sons, James "Todd" Self and Charles "Randy" Randell Self; her siblings, Ronnie Walker and Cynthia Walker; and her grandson Nicholas Self.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Draughon (Bruce), Vicky Krattli (Brian) and Diane Self; and her grandchildren, Daniel Jester (Kristin), Christy Alday (Kenny), Katie Roberts (Jason), Emily Miller (Clay), Tara Fisher (Nathan), Jessica Beckham (Chad) and Joshua Self (Gabrielle).
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you graciously make donations in Mrs. Carolyn's honor to one of the following of your choice; Byron United Methodist Church, St. Jude's Research Hospital, or the Shriners hospital; Scottish Rite.
