She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Phillips; her son Douglas Heath Phillips; and her siblings, Gail Johnson, Judy Kennedy and Fayer Lister.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Phillips (Jennifer) of Roberta and Nichole P. Spath (Thomas) of Macon; her daughter-in-law Lisa Ann Hutchinson (Brian); her grandchildren, Destiny Ann McMurray (Kendon), Gabrielle Grace Phillips (Brittney), Ayden Michael Phillips, William Walker Phillips and Noah Roger Hughs; her great grandchildren, Isabella Ann McMurray, Beckam Ryan McMurray and Tatum Knox McMurray; and her siblings, Johnny Durden (Arlene) and Sarah Parker.
