She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whitehead and Velma Whitehead; her sister Jeanette Miller; and her nephew Paul Butts. She is survived by: her children, Tracie Caruthers of Macon, Carl Caruthers of Macon and Lon Caruthers of Twiggs County; her sister Gena Wood (Jim) of Macon; her nephew Grady Miller of Gray; and her close friend Sylvia Clark of Warner Robins. She is also survived by seven grandsons; one great-granddaughter; two great-grandsons.
