He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Kay Lyle Miller. He is survived by: his father Carlton Lewis Palmer Sr.; his daughters, Olivia Palmer and Briana Palmer; and his siblings, Krystal Teasley (Christy), Robin Palmer and Dustin Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
