He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Toombs Cramer and Mamie Josephine Cheek Cramer; and his wife Suzanne Greene Cramer. He is survived by: his daughters, Kerry C. Hall (Roy) and Kelly C. Pugh (Greg) of St. Petersburg; his grandchildren, Heather Dean of Warner Robins, McKenzie, Keaton and Kameron Pugh of St. Petersburg; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Hayden Dean of Warner Robins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
