He is survived by: his wife Laurie Ann Lewis; his mother Sandra Hendrix Kelly; his children, Austin Scott Lewis (Makenzie) and Alicia Hulett (Dustin); his grandson Brayden Hulett; and his siblings, Sandra Williams (Frank), Benny Lewis, Jimmy Lewis and Davey Lewis (Rosie).
