She is survived by: her son William "Billy" Hart III (Natasha); her grandchildren, Ashley Gerbert (Darrin), Hunter Otte (Jacob), Kristan Hart, Isabella Montano and Ashlynn Jelinek; her great grandchildren, Kelsie Barrett, Liam Otte and Aubrie Gerbert; her siblings, Ricky Visitacion, Norma Freeman (Jonathan), Eddie Visitacion (Laverne) and Larry Visitacion (Danielle); and her siblings-in-law, Melvin Hart (Sheila) and Diane Failor. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
