He was predeceased by: his parents, George Washington Lancaster and Mary Sue White Lancaster; and his siblings, James Lancaster, Robert Lancaster, Hugh Lancaster, Albert Lancaster, Larry Lancaster, Howard Lancaster, Lillie Mae Lancaster, Rosie Lee Lancaster, Ruby Spinks, Frances Willis and Clara Whitaker.
He is survived by: his children, Tad, Michelle Lancaster of Wedowee, AL, Keith Lancaster of Woodland, AL and Katlyn McCleary of Bremen; and his sisters, Barbara Priester of Austell and Sibbie McGahee of North Carolina. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
