Sibyl Milam Ragan Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sibyl Milam Ragan of Mableton, Georgia, born in Douglasville, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ottie Lee Ragan; her daughter Gwendolyn Ragan; her parents, William DeWitt Milam and Opal Milam; and her siblings, Leroy Milam, Celeste Milam, Louise Milam Lee and Irma Milam.

She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Ragan Hunter; her granddaughter Donna McCoy (Sean McCoy); her great grandchildren, Ragan McCoy, Mason McCoy, Elizabeth Hunter and Sibyl Hunter; and her siblings, Robert Milam, George Milam, Barbara Milam and Patsy Milam. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
