We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2020, Patricia McSweeney Yohn of Mableton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen Yohn of Mableton, GA; her children, Emily Little (Doug Davis), Kaitlin Little and Charlie Little; her grandchildren, Braden, Leland and Ayla Jane; her parents, William McSweeney of Clinton, NJ and Jane McSweeney; and her siblings, Maureen McSweeney of Clinton, NJ, William McSweeney of Westfield, NJ and Michael McSweeney of Chatham, NJ. She was also cherished by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patty's name to Atlanta Community Food Bank (acfb.org). The family requests that no flowers or gifts be sent at this time.
