He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra (Joe Erni) of Douglasville and Karen (Jon Cunningham) of Canton, GA; his children, Mike Gass (Erika) of Cumming and Hope Smallwood of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Madeline, Emmylou, Ellis, Mark and Luke.
