He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Byron and Eula Mae Ayers; his former wife Fay Ayers; and his brother Brent Byron Ayers. He is survived by: his wife Margie Fay Little; his children, Darryl Ayers (Lynn) of Royston, Michelle Helton (Kyle) of Hiram and April Tomlin of Hapeville; his brother Douglas Ayers; his grandchildren, Tucker (Laura), Dawson, Jackson, Chandler (Kailee), Grayson, Belle, Dylan and Ashlyn; and his great grandchild Mia Joy.
